Weekly Menu | Catz in the Kitchen | catzinthekitchen.com | #menu #mealplanThis last week we were a bit lucky. It didn't rain everyday like they said it was going to! We had a few breaks and they were nice to have. We even got out on Saturday for a bit without any rain at all. But then, Sunday showed up and so did the rain again. I told Josh that I feel like I'm going to start growing gills soon!

But of course, if April's nursery rhymes happen to ring true, "April showers bring May flowers..." and we could still be into this wet weather for at least another solid month.

Speaking of April...the month and the giraffe. I've been watching that giraffe for a month now and still no sign of that baby? Maybe she'll have her baby in April. Wouldn't that be funny!

Broiled Rosemary Salmon
Baked Nachos
Tuscan Tomato White Bean Soup
Lasagna
Garlic Bread
Pizza Fondue
French Toast
Grilled Bacon Bleu Cheese & Fig Sandwiches
Smoothies

Alright, onto the menu. Salmon was on sale last week and I couldn't resist buying some. None of us could agree what to make for Taco Tuesday so I threw a nacho on the menu, and since it's spring break and we don't have Awana this Thursday, I thought I would make not one, but two huge lasagnas. (The ones I mentioned briefly back in my last FB Live video.)

Check out some of our older menus for other great dinner ideas!

I hope you all have a wonderful and delicious spring break and hopefully, get some sun!
