I could just punch myself that I never got a picture of the casserole...or my plate of food rather. But the morning was so busy and I just didn't think about it:( Josh ended up making the Sausage egg casserole that is sooo yummy! He was trying to decide on bringing fruit or making this other casserole...but the other one he would of made is rather heavy and rich and it didn't sound as good to me. So I had him make the other one. It was delicious and eaten within minutes of serving it to us ladies. Just delicious. I mean what is better than eggs, cheese, and sausage? Not much :)
