I don't know what the weather is like where you are, but it is dry, dry, dry here. We desperately need rain. Over the weekend, the wind drifted the smoke from the various fires in Washington and Oregon into our area. It's not pretty and our prayers are with all the people displaced and the firefighters who are putting themselves in harms way.
I can't believe this is the last week of August! Where did the summer go? I'm ready for fall. My favorite time of the year. But since summer is still here for a few more weeks, I guess I'll just sit back and enjoy the sun and warmer days. It has been nice that it's been cooling down faster in the evenings.
