I am tired! I know I haven't posted much online this week because I was just kind of to tired to do so. Saturday, we had Grace's 7th birthday party and it went perfectly and I made not 1 but 2 cakes for the party! They were both so good, but I'll be doing separate posts for those, later in the week. Sunday, I spent trying to relax and now...I think I'm coming down with a cold :( It could very well be allergies, but my gut is telling me it's a cold. Boo, this sucks.

The menu is pretty similar from last week. I didn't really change it up much or at all really. It's just whatever meals didn't get made last week are for this week. Which is nice because a few of them involve the crockpot and if I'm getting sick, then this is the week for me to do :)
Monday
Happy Memorial Day everyone :)
We're having dinner with my parents :)
Tuesday
Crockpot Split Pea Soup with some bread
Wednesday
Tuna Casserole with fruit salad
Thursday
White Chili
Friday
Pasta Toss with salad and garlic bread
Saturday
The weather should be nice so we'll grill hot dogs
Sunday
Josh does the cooking on Sunday's, so I'm not sure :)
It's an easy menu, and there aren't any new recipes for me to try out this week, which is a relief if I'm getting sick. But this also means from my crazy weekend I won't be making any desserts or treats this week. I'm taking the week off to relax and get better :)
I hope you all have a fabulous week and none of you get sick!
