Can you believe the 1st of September is at the end of the week? Crazy right? My girls are going on one last camping trip after this week and I'm already missing them. A week without my girls means, extra quiet days, a cleaner house, and a messed up menu. Whatever will I do?
I had last week's menu already written up and decided by last Wednesday. How's that for organization? The weather is supposed to be cooler this week, like in the 70's-HALLEUGHIA! (Hmm, I guess I spelled it right since my spell check isn't freaking out on me. ) I for one, am done with the hot days. Not like the heat bothers me so much anymore now that we have some a/c units downstairs and in our bedroom. Christian, however, his room gets really hot, and I spend from about 3-9pm trying to cool it down in time for him to go to bed. But you know what? He has never complained. Such a good boy.
I'm thinking that maybe next week, I should start breaking out all the pumpkin recipes I've got plans for! Who's ready?
