I got my hour of sleep back and I don't know about you, but I'm really, really so happy it's back. I love sleep. I miss the days when I was younger and I could sleep in until 11am...kind of.
I don't get into politics here, because my opinion doesn't matter that much or particularly need to be heard, and I want Catz to always be an encouraging, welcoming place to be, but I would urge you that if you're a registered voter to make sure you cast your vote. If nothing else, the local politics and measures that are going on in your community do matter and there your vote does make a difference!
Now, onto the food, my favorite part! I'm making a lot of good, yummy comfort food. Some family favorites during the week and then the weekend looks yummy, too, I think we have a birthday party to go to this weekend, though, so our weekend dinner plans may switch up a bit. But that's okay, whatever doesn't get made over the weekend, will be on next week's menu.
I love a good rollover menu.
