Weekly Menu For the Week of Sep 18th

Weekly Menu | Catz in the Kitchen | catzinthekitchen.com | #menu #mealplanIf you haven’t gotten a chance to read Tuesday’s Tidings (which was late) or haven’t been on the Catz FB page or the IG page, you may have missed that last Monday evening, we brought our precious little Ruby into the world. Since then we’ve just been readjusting to life without too much sleep, but an overload of constant cuteness and baby snuggles.

With that being said, our wonderful church family has offered to bring us a few meals this week and next, so we won’t be working through so much of a weekly menu here, but we’d still like to get you a list of dinner ideas to try out!

Since little Ruby has decided to take a prolonged nap this afternoon, I thought I would make a dinner menu that would work for back to school and the changing season. We were able to take a late morning walk around our neighborhood before the wind picked up and the skies got too grey, and are expecting our first good rain – which our state so desperately needs!

By the way…am I the only one excited that Friday marks the first day of fall? Okay, I am excited, though I have yet to put out any fall decor yet (been a little busy having a baby), but I’m also hoping that some sunny, warm days aren’t completely disappearing yet so that I can still take Ruby on walks without her being too cold.

In addition to this week’s menu, make sure you skip on over to scroll through my Pumpkin Flavored Everything Pinterest board. It’s not just sweet things on there, there are pumpkin-y dinners on there too!
