How was everyone’s weekend? We had a great one. We got some yard work done, stocked up on groceries from Trader Joe’s and Cosco, watched Maleficent as a family and on Sunday, Josh worked on school work while I prepped our grocery list before grocery shopping as a family. It was a busy weekend, but still somehow felt relaxing.

I am so excited about this week. For one thing, I’m prepping for Thanksgiving. FOR YOU! That’s right-all this week is a lot of Thanksgiving day prep for you. Also, Tuesday is Veteran’s Day. It’s a day to say thank you to those who served and are serving our country. It’s also a  day off from school and work for Josh. We’re spending our Tuesday shopping for our Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes and cooking/baking. I plan on getting a lot done on Tuesday.
