Weekly Menu 4/1-4/7

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter celebration! We sure did. The weather was beautiful and warm and it was just a great day.

My menu is coming to you a day late. I apologize for that. We’ve been so busy, there hasn’t been any time to grocery shop or  do anything else this past weekend. But I’m getting up now. :)

Slow-Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with green beans

Pork and Tomato Skillet Saute with a baked potato

Sunday
Breakfast Night- I’m thinking Crepes
