Weekly Menu Feb 23- Mar 1

I don't know about you, but I am ready for spring. While the weather has been windy (and even a little colder because of the wind), it has been beautifully sunny the last few days, and Josh and I took the opportunity yesterday to get outside and weed the flower and garden beds, rake leaves, and get rid of the limbs laying in the yard. Our yard looks better already!

I feel like we've been really blessed in Oregon this month because aside from about a week where it was really rainy, the weather has been exceptionally beautiful, and we've reached record highs on several days. It's this time of year when the grey skies really being to gnaw at me. The sunny days have made this time of year more bearable!
