So, the countdown is on. It’s the week before Thanksgiving. Yes, I just said that, and no, I can’t believe it either. Since next week is Thanksgiving, we won’t be posting a weekly menu. Of course, I’ll still be making one, but we have quite a few things going on in our household that week and after Wednesday, our week will be in flux – much like yours, I’m sure!
But that’s next week and we’re talking about this week. This week is busy, too (holiday weeks – no surprise!) and we’ve got our church’s annual Thanksgiving potluck, so my menu is hanging out on the easy side – easy, but, oh, so tasty!
