Hello there! How ya doing, friends? I hope last week was a good one, that you were able to gather around the table a few times and enjoy some good conversations. One of our favorite things to do on Sundays is make a low-key dinner and play a board game together while we eat. We love games like Sushi Go, Catan, and Apples to Apples.

Needing some dinner ideas? I'm here to help!

Indoor Classic Cheeseburger

Got that craving for a burger, but the weather outside is not conducive to grilling? Make this indoor classic cheeseburger and free yourself from the climate's control of your burger fix!

Roasted Chicken with Fresh Herbs

If you're looking for a simple, elegant meal for Valentine's Day, or any holiday, make this roasted chicken with fresh herbs recipe. It doesn't disappoint!

Beef Stew with Cheddar Herbed Biscuits

This recipe for beef stew with cheddar herbed biscuits has become our family's ultimate winter comfort food!

Crispy Chicken Tacos

There's just something about this recipe for crispy chicken tacos - there aren't ever any left overs! You can't make enough!

Baked Feta Pasta (aka TikTok Pasta)

This outrageously easy and craveable baked feta pasta (aka TikTok Pasta) is too good to be allowed to be just a passing trend!

Puff Pastry Waffles

Recipes don't get simpler than this. One ingredient. One waffle iron. A few minutes. Flaky, buttery breakfast is served.

Mashed Potatoes

These rustic mashed potatoes are super easy to put together, but have a creaminess and richness to them that makes them surprisingly craveable for such a staple side dish!

Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Whether you call this recipe cookie butter chocolate chip blondies or just "cookie casserole," it's just plain addictive! Bake them up with the kiddos!

What do you usually make for lunches for your kiddos? I homeschool, so I try to keep several staples on hand, like deli meats, cheeses, and PB&J as well. But I also serve the kids leftovers for lunch - we've recently been doing homemade lunchables, and I made tuna fish sandwiches the other day (which I rarely make). But I thought I would share my lunches Pinterest board because I just think it is really easy to get stuck in a rut, and this board not only has a ton of meal prep lunch ideas, but it also has snacks and desserts and creative lunches/snacks for the kids.

I hope this inspires and encourages you a bit. Have a great week, friends!
