With the ongoing disruptions related to COVID-19 and everyone wanting/needing to eat at home more due to social distancing, which I totally understand and agree with, I wanted to attempt to provide you (my readers) with some recipes that won't break the bank using ingredients that should be easy to find and use. I know for a lot of you, you might have kids at home and you might even be missing work. Hopefully we can help make choosing recipes for you and your family as easy, inexpensive, and simple as possible for you.
You may already have a decent supply of frozen proteins in your freezer or perhaps you stocked up on some ground beef and chicken at Costco and want to use those ingredients wisely.
