Hi, guys! How was your week/weekend? We had a busy week, but a good week. Our weekend was even better because we had some dear friends come and stay with us and it was a completely lovely time. Our weather, however, has decided to dip into the 70’s and upper 60’s and I am NOT okay with this at all. What’s the weather doing where you live?
I asked my kids what they wanted this week for dinners and I had mixed seasonal recipe requests, so I’ll be sharing those. Behind the scenes, though, I am gearing up for some fall recipes for you, and I am so, so excited to share!
Here’s what’s on the menu this week!

This past week I made focaccia bread for the very first time and it was amazing! I used Joanna Gaines’ recipe from her cookbook Magnolia Table Volume 2, and it was so easy to follow and easy to make. Josh was thrilled with the recipe! I recently got a new and more powerful Kitchenaid stand mixer and it has been fun to play with different bread recipes. So…I thought maybe you might enjoy my bread board on Pinterest! Well, that’s all folks, have a great week!
