Weekly Menu

It's officially the middle of the month! I can't decide if the month feels like it's dragging or if it's going to fast. Maybe a mixture of both? I think what's throwing me off is that there are five weeks this month...even though the first week was kind of a half week. Our weather here on our side of Oregon has returned to what is generally expected. Kind of cold. Kind of rainy. Kind of sunny. And a lot of clouds.

But all of that is what makes Oregon so beautiful and I'm grateful to live in a state where the mountains, desert, beaches, and valleys are only a short drive away. How about you? What about your state makes you feel grateful?
