Happy New Year, everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful “weird” week last week. Apparently that’s what the name is for the week in-between Christmas and New Years. I get it, it kind of is a weird week. I felt tired and sluggish. I slept in all week and just got a few things done. Living life without my usual routine is definitely something to which I am not accustomed.
New Years is often a time when people are ready to get back into a normal or healthier eating routine. I ate lots of cake and cookies last week…and it was wonderful. Those things can be the same or they can be two different things! It’s up to you!
