I like to include a meatless meal into my weekly menus at least once a week. It stretches my creativity as well as my wallet because a lot of times, making a meal that doesn’t include the typical protein can be very cost effective, not to mention delicious!
I’ve gotten requests to share more vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free recipes here on the blog more often, and that is something I’m working on. However, you might notice that this recipe round up includes a variety of all of the above for you guys!
I went through all of my favorite “meatless” meals and rounded up my 12 favorites. This list does not include desserts, drinks, or sides, though. However, if you’re looking for recipes that are not just “for dinner” please check out the categories section in the recipe archive. You can look up gluten-free, for example, and it will take you to a page of recipes that are strictly gluten-free.
